► Location:  Our main office is located in Kirkland, Washington.  Our address will be provided once a session is scheduled.  We will also provide driving directions if requested.  We do not allow unscheduled appointments of any kind.  For other location options, please see our website section on House Calls. 

► Office Hours:  Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 2pm – 8pm.  We see clients by appointment only.  We offer house calls on a limited basis and they must be arranged in advance.  Our office is closed during most all major holidays.

► Cancellation Policy:  We prefer that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.  If we do not receive a call from you and you miss your appointment, you may be billed the full amount of that missed session.  Please let us know in advance of at least 24 hours if you need to reschedule your appointment as well.  We do not mind if you are late to your scheduled appointment, but we do expect your full payment.
